OCS Soins - Home Care Services by OCAREA is a comprehensive home healthcare service which seamlessly integrates to enhance the practice of continuity of care through OCS-Santé and OCS Médecins. We put forward a team of highly trained caregivers to deliver personalised home care services to our elderly and people living with disabilities. We also provide post-surgical care rehabilitation at home to promote recovery and focus on wound care follow ups.

What makes OCS Soins a Comprehensive Home Care Service?
We understand how challenging and distressing it can be, when an elderly family member is sick and requires care support for all daily activities of life. We also understand that with age, health becomes a prominent concern. Hence, OCS Soins, provides a Continuity of Care service to its patients where patients are followed by a team of Medical and Paramedical practitioners as well as Caregiver/Support worker. And to make that possible, OCS Soins collaborates with OCS Santé and OCS Médecins to make sure the right care is delivered at the right time in the right place.
Our Services are delivered in 3 main aspects of a patient's routines to help achieve more independence and a seamless living.

Assistance with self-care, such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and using the toilet.

Enabling safety at home by assisting with ambulation, transfer (eg, from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to toilet), and fall prevention

Assistance with meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, medication reminders, and escorting to appointments *
